How long will I be in the salon?

Service times may be longer due to length, density, texture or tangling (please come detangled). Extra charges will incur.

 

Is there anything I need to do to my hair before the appointment?

Make sure your hair is fully detangled and be sure to read AND follow all hair prep guidelines or your appointment may be rescheduled

May I bring a friends or family to my appointment?

Due to space, our comfort & safety, NO CHILDREN or EXTRA GUESTS are allowed unless they're receiving services. If they come they will be asked to leave.

Do you do children's hair, if so, is there children's pricing?

Yes, I offer services for children 10+. There isn't children's pricing.

Can I return hair products or hair extensions?
For sanitary purposes there are no exchanges or returns on take home products and hair extensions.
 
Do I have to keep up with my rewards points?
No! ALL rewards will be track my the salon and are non transferrable.  You'll receive notice of when you may redeem points by email or in person . So add us to your email contacts 
Are they any combos or service packages?
Service prices are a la carte unless otherwise stated in the description and are subject to change without prior notice
 
Why don't you offer in salon consultations?
There really is no real way to assess your hairs condition until its been detoxed and treated. Only then can the hairs true character be seen. Most people come to the salon for the first time with product buildup (even though they thought they were doing what was best). Because of that, often times the hair is going to feel and behave a different way (worse) than it naturally would. It is simple hair science sense. Many issues can be resolved by starting with a detox, so that's what I like to do. This way I'm able to give you a more accurate plan of action for your hair care, hair color, extension method and/or style option.
I'm new to the salon , how do I book for a color appointment?
I don't do color (or extensions) on the first (and sometimes the second) appointment for new guests. I like to ensure the hair can withstand the process and maintain or build the hair's integrity.
 
What are you doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not complying to the salon policies &/or general decent behavior guidelines.
